1. Purpose of the Assay Hall
Nickel City Spins is a Canadian recreational simulation conservatory headquartered in Quebec City. Inspired by the precision of historic metallurgical assay offices and royal coining presses, our digital hall catalogues seven distinct interactive specimens across four thematic vaults.
Access is strictly reserved for adults aged 19 years and older. Visitors inspect the mathematical pacing, grid geometry, and artistic craftsmanship of contemporary browser simulations in a calm, distraction-free environment with zero financial stakes.
2. Fictional Play Credits (100,000 Grant)
Upon completing our 19+ registration verification, every curator is automatically issued a founding allocation of 100,000 complimentary Play Credits. These credits serve exclusively as an observational telemetry counter inside practice chambers.
- No Deposits or Top-Ups
- There is no cashier, payment gateway, or billing mechanism anywhere on nickelcityspins.com. Play Credits cannot be purchased.
- Zero Commercial Value
- Play Credits cannot be redeemed, transferred, traded, or converted into currency, digital tokens, or physical goods.
3. Interactive Atlas & Personal Assay Stamps
On our main stage, the 1600 × 1000 Geodetic Survey Board plots each specimen inside its designated vault: The Cinnabar Lode, The Amber Smelter, The Malachite Seam, and The Alabaster Mint. You can pan with your pointer or touch gesture, zoom with + and -, or use the Sound a Random Vein instrument to let cryptographic entropy select an unvisited specimen.
Clicking the star-shaped stamp button on any card or dossier applies your personal Assay Stamp. Stamped specimens are stored locally in your browser (`ncs:claims`) and appear immediately on your personal tray and under the Marked Stamps collection filter.
4. Volatility & Cadence Classifications
Every specimen in the vault is indexed along a four-bar volatility scale (`1/4` through `4/4`) and grouped into one of three metallurgical cadences:
- Laminar Alloy (Low · 1/4): Smooth, frequent mechanical alignments with gentle amplitude shifts, ideal for unhurried observation.
- Tempered Crucible (Medium to High · 2–3/4): Balanced intervals combining steady base-grid activity with periodic chamber expansions.
- Tectonic Forge (High to Very High · 3–4/4): High-energy cluster matrices where compounding cell multipliers and multi-stage capacitors produce wide variance.
5. Player Care & Self-Directed Boundaries
Even in a purely complimentary environment, thoughtful time management remains essential. Inside your Curator Profile, you can configure automated session check-in reminders every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, as well as switch between three low-glare illumination scenes.
If you wish to step away completely, our Account Break utility lets you lock sign-in access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months with immediate server-enforced effect.
